4. Rest As Often As You Can.
Your baby is not the only one who requires sleep and rest. So do you. Many babies will wake up at different times during the night. They also rest and nap at any time during the day. Because of this, most mothers will not get much sleep and the rest of their own, and this can get very tiring. When your baby goes to sleep, it is a good idea that you get some rest and sleep as well. If you do this, your body will not be so tired when you wake up.
